As the Product Manager -  Mobile Apps  at Prezzee, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and driving the success of our consumer mobile apps worldwide. This is a Hybrid role, based in Melbourne or Sydney

About the role: 

• Visionary Leadership: Be the driving force behind our mobile app product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of global mobile trends and competitor landscapes, making data-driven decisions to capitalise on opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and design features that set Prezzee apart.
• Agile Execution: Lead agile product squads to execute confidently, experiment with customer behaviour, and optimise user adoption.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with internal teams, including Design, Research, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to align priorities and drive joint goals.
• Go-to-Market Excellence: Develop comprehensive strategies for launching new features, ensuring seamless integration with sales and marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience & Expertise: Proven product management experience, with a focus on mobile apps and consumer web products.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills across all levels.
• Customer and User Centric:  Advocate for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard and represented throughout the products you work on.
• Be a Catalyst for Innovation:  Bridge diverse perspectives, data and insights to pinpoint the core challenges to inspire solutions and outcomes.
• Agile Mastery: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Results-Driven: Proven track record of driving results, meeting deadlines, and effective stakeholder management.
